Happy Halloween!

A little twist to the typical french manicure.  I started out by painting my nails orange and waited for them to dry.  Then, I used reinforcement labels to help guide my lines.  These can be purchased at any drug or office store.  If you need to, you can use two coats of polish for the tips.  When you are finished painting, just peel the labels off and finish with a top coat! I painted one finger with glitter just to jazz things up! Now, to find a costume..

Splatter

My friend Lily sent me a photo of someones splatter nails, so I decided to try it out today! I painted my nails with two coats of white and waited until they dried.  I read that you can use a pen to blow the nail polish paint through to create this look, but it wasn't really working for me so I used a straw instead.  I started with orange then did the blue and lastly, the black.  You just have to load the color at the end of the straw then blow it onto your nails.  It was a very messy process and would recommend taping your fingers around your nails before starting. Now, go splatter!

Happy Wednesday

Paint all your nails with glitter, except for one.  Choose any colors you like!

NYE Nails!

I painted my nails black, and on the second coat, I placed rhinestones along the cuticles while they were still wet. My mom bought me these gems at a local beauty supply shop for Christmas.  When everything is dry, paint a top coat over your nails.

Christmas Nails

Paint your nails white. Wait for the to dry.  Apply glitter X-mas colors on the tips.  I use a second coat to make the very tip a little thicker so it looks like it is cascading.
